The Zeiss ORION NanoFab Ion Beam Microscope (HE/NE/GA) integrates gallium, neon, and helium ion beams into a single instrument capable of any micromachining to nanomachining application, including highly delicate sub-10 nm structures that demand extremely high machining fidelity.
