- Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund of the booking cost if the cancellation is made within the designated threshold period prior to the scheduled booking date.
- Non-Refundable Platform Fee: Please note that the Second Lab platform fee is not refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the costs associated with facilitating the booking process and is retained to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services. However, in exceptional cases such as equipment malfunction or facility-related issues, clients may apply for a refund, subject to review and approval based on the specific circumstances of the disruption.
Threshold Period:
Each lab sets its own threshold period for cancellations eligible for a full refund, based on the type of equipment and lab operations. Please review the specific threshold period for your booking at the time of reservation.Processing Refunds:
Initiating a Refund: To request a cancellation and refund, please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation email or contact our customer support team for assistance. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request.
