Genomic DNA (gDNA) purification services are available to non-UCB, external customers at per block rates. Sample preparation and submission requirements for custom gDNA samples are listed below and order details are entered in the order form accessible when you click "Submit Service Request".

Please note, first time UCB customers and returning users who are new to Second Lab will be prompted complete the UCB approval process during checkout.

Genomic DNA (gDNA) Purification Service

The UC Berkeley DNA Sequencing Facility serves all UC affiliated laboratories, government agencies and businesses providing Sanger sequencing, genotyping, high-throughput nucleic acid purification/quantification, PCR reaction cleanup, PCR products size selection, human cell line authentication, and free consultation services. Open access instruments include: BioRad CFX96 Touch Real Time PCR system, BioRad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System, and 150L New Brunswick BioFlo Fermentor.

All external, non-UCB customers are required to comply with all UC visitor policies and lab rules.
