The Nikon Eclipse TE-2000-U Inverted IR Microscope provides an unprecedented 5-way light path and multiple epi-fluorescence techniques may be used simultaneously or sequentially, allowing other techniques such as high resolution deconvolution 3D images which may be incorporated together with FRAP or FRET applications.
