The Jelight Model 42 UVO Cleaner applies the UV+O cleaning method to produce near atomically clean surfaces without damaging sensitive devices. It is suitable for removing contaminants from metals, silicon, glass, mica, ceramics, quartz, sapphire, and gallium arsenide.
