Nanopore sequencing services are available to non-UCB, external customers at per sample rates. Pricing includes pre-treatment of plasmids, library prep, Nanopore run, and basic bioinformatics. Pricing is per sample.
Sample preparation and submission requirements for plasmids, large amplicons, and bacmids are listed below and order details are entered in the order form accessible when you click "Submit Service Request".
Turnaround Time: Runs typically start at 2:00pm on Tuesdays, weekly. Results are typically ready by Friday afternoon.
Please note, first time UCB customers and returning users who are new to Second Lab will be prompted complete the UCB approval process during checkout.
