Using the Zeiss Axioscan 7 slide scanner we can digitize fixed and sealed slides with either or both histological stains and fluorescence labeling. Magnification options include 5x, 10x, and 20x high resolution. Full color camera for histological stains (H&E, Nissl, Trichrome, Giemsa, Toludine, etc.) as well as polarization, phase contrast, and other contrast options. Fluorescence channels up to 9 different labels, including filter cubes for common fluorescence signals such as DAPI (FS 49), eGFP (FS 38 HE), Cy 3 (FS 43 HE), mPlum (FS 64 HE), Cy 5 (FS 50), and Cy7.
