Using the Zeiss Axioscan slide scanner we can digitize up to 100 fixed and sealed slides in both brightfield and fluorescence. Magnification options include 5x, 10x, and 20x. Full color camera for histological stains (H&E, Nissl, Trichrome, Giemsa, Toludine, etc.) as well as polarization, phase contrast, and other contrast options. Fluorescence channels up to 9 colors, including filter cubes for common fluorescence signals including DAPI (FS 49), eGFP (FS 38 HE), Cy 3 (FS 43 HE), mPlum (FS 64 HE), and Cy 5 (FS 50), and Cy7.

Initial set up fee: $125/25 slides and per profile
