Nanopore sequencing services are available to non-UCB, external customers at per sample rates. Pricing includes pre-treatment of plasmids, library prep, Nanopore run, and bioinformatics.
Sample preparation and submission requirements for plasmids, large amplicons, bacmids, and colony picks are listed below and order details are entered in the order form accessible when you click "Submit Service Request".
Turnaround Time: Runs start at 2:00pm Tuesday through Friday. Results are ready the next weekday afternoon.
Please note, first time UCB customers and returning users who are new to Second Lab will be prompted complete the UCB approval process during checkout.
