Let us know about your automation service project that you need done and we will work with you to develop the plan of instruments that are best to get the job done. We have access to all of the equipment in the lab, and can discuss whether you have some of the resources needed, or if you'd like us to contribute from our inventory (plates, tips, seals, barcodes). Examples of requests that we can perform are cherry picking workflows, daughter plating, reformatting, serial dilutions, and normalization. You can make a request and we'll see if we have the equipment to do it.

Please submit requests with a 2-3 week lead time if possible to allow Pingping He to fit the service within her schedule.

FAQs

Parking is available fairly close-by in the Lower Hearst Lot (Hourly Pay Parking on Level 2 at all times only in Gold Zone on east side of Level 2 (enter from Scenic Ave). There is also metered street parking (2 hr max) very close to LKS. Finally, if you want to drop off supplies for your project, you can have the come by delivery service or deliver them yourself by pulling up at the loading dock off of Oxford and ringing the receiving doorbell or calling us to come down to receive the drop-off.

Our lab manager Pingping He has performed different services for 10 years but each project is customed to the clients needs and some workflows will be new to her, but through testing she will make sure it is to your specifications.
