The Zeiss ORION NanoFab Focused Ion Beam Microscope (He/Ne/Ga) integrates gallium, neon, and helium ion beams into a single instrument capable of many micromachining to nanomachining applications, including highly delicate sub-10 nm structures that demand extremely high machining fidelity.
